We have learned from management the importance of creating psychological dynamics among team members. It has become a priority for us to raise awareness about different personality types and their impact on work and relationships. In other words, we recognize the importance of understanding the differences (human psychologies) among the team members who work together, as it helps in understanding the issues that may cause tension or conflicts. As a result, there is an increase in harmony and understanding among team members.
